Tools

COSPPac works with Pacific Islands partners to develop tools and information about climate, oceans and tides.

Pacific Ocean Portal

The Pacific Ocean Portal allows you to display ocean information on maps and graphs. You can view information such as sea surface temperatures, subsurface temperatures, salinity, current direction, sea level and tidal gauge data.

Tide Calendars

Tide gauges across the Pacific Ocean provide data which is used to generate annual tidal predictions, an accurate long-term sea level record for the Pacific region, and information about the variability of extreme tidal events in the Pacific.

Tides App

A simple way to get access to unlimited Tidal, Moon, Sun phase predicted information. 100% offline with wide range of built in features which makes usability at ease.

Near Real-time Sea Level Dashboard

his Real-Time Data Display provides a convenient ‘dashboard’ view of sea level and weather conditions from tide gauges operated by the Bureau of Meteorology.

Pacific Sea Level and Geodetic Monitoring Project

The Pacific Sea Level and Geodetic Monitoring (PSLGM) project is a continuation of the 20 year South Pacific Sea Level and Climate Monitoring project.

The primary goal of the project is to continue the high-quality record of long-term sea level data for the Pacific region, and we provide a range of tide and sea level data products and services for countries in the Pacific.

The 14 Pacific Island countries participating in the project are the Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.

For more information on the project, and available data and products, go to the project page.
